What I do

Workshop Facilitation

I am here to facilitate your workshops, retrospectives and large meetings. I offer your team support in conducting a structured, well organised and fulfilling workshop. I will help you set your own goals and we will work together to reach your desired results.

Agile Coaching

As a certified Scrum Master with a background in communication I support Product and Engineering teams in transitioning to an agile framework. I do this by observing your teams and the way they work together. What knowledge is there? What are the open questions? How does your team communicate?
I will guide you in developing an agile mindset and enable you to transform old structures that are no longer serving you to a new work culture that makes sense for you.

My role is to assist you to focus on what you do best. We all have things that we are skilled at and I am here to help you focus on the skills that can maximise your productivity. I’ll help you make your talents visible and use what you've already got, in order to reach those goals as a team.

About Me

Who I am

I am Stav, a person who cares about people. I set out to utilise my understanding of social communication by asking the question: how can people from different backgrounds find a way to communicate with each other in a productive and helpful way?

I am passionate about many creative paths to problem solving.

I have explored my own creativity in fashion, singing and film and I have studied media science and holistic medicine. These disciplines deepened my understanding of group dynamics and social behaviour.

After working at a fast scaling tech startup I resolved to utilise and develop my skills in empathy, observation and compassion to help teams set and achieve meaningful goals.

Empathy

I am sensitive to my environment and am able to identify with what you are feeling, this helps us to communicate at eye level and find a way for you to bridge different approaches to similar needs.

Perception

I am trained and skilled in observation. I care about things that are not yet being said as much as what is out in the open. I will ask the questions that need to be asked so we can bring your thoughts and ideas to the surface.

Respect

We all have our point of view, this means to me, that everybody around me can be right at the same time and no opinion is more or less valid than my own. It is a matter of perspective. This is why I believe in respecting every individual equally and with no pre judgement, everyone is validated in their thoughts and feelings, gaining a diversity of ideas in the team.

Collaboration

A healthy ego is good at helping us be ambitious and master our skills. I aim to balance that individual strength with the strength of shared work. We inspire one another to think about things from new angles and we support each other by teaching what we are good at and learning what we don’t know yet. When we know we can rely on our teammates, we can focus on what we can do well and be more productive.

Transparency

The cornerstone of positive communication and building trust. How can we strengthen our trust in each other if we feel there are things under the surface that are not being said? Being transparent means we use our communication skills to clarify our intentions and explain the reasons behind our decisions. Thereby we show we respect the person in front of us and trusting that we can come to an understanding together.
